Aruna Sankaranarayanan is the author of Zero Limits: Things Every 20 Something Should Know. She was the Founder & Director of PRAYATNA, a centre for children with learning difficulties in Bengaluru & Chennai for 22 years. She currently writes for The HINDU, Deccan Herald & Financial Express (Digital) on teaching, learning, work, relationships and well-being. She keeps abreast of recent research findings and theories in psychology and is invested in applying these insights to better people’s lives. Besides being a bibliophile, Aruna enjoys calligraphy and doodling. She holds a bachelor’s from Mount Holyoke College and a doctorate in Psychology from Harvard University.
